Plus, we have exciting news to share with you as Chrysalis merges with Digital DataVoice (DDV) under the Waterfield Technologies brand, forming one of the largest system integrators in the Contact Center space.  Combined we now cover a wide range of contact center platforms, enhance our support for our partners and add to our deep development and deployment capabilities in order to deliver on customer expectations.  Waterfield announced the acquisition of DDV on December 1, 2018.  Read the Press Announcement here.
