Chrysalis provided the porting, systems integration, and regression testing for the IVR applications. The IVR applications support a number applications include driver’s license issues, attorney and insurer needs as well. The IVR accesses the State’s host database by performing screen scrapes. In addition, the applications support the use of Nuance Text-To-Speech to speak name and address information and the faxing of documents to callers. As part of this deployment Chrysalis provided onsite training for the customer so that they were familiar with not only how to program the IVR, but the students became familiar with their specific IVR applications that are utilized at the State.
The solution that was provided by Nortel/Chrysalis ensures that the State can take advantage of a clear technology path, incorporate the latest technology developments and at the same time protect their initial investment made years ago.
