The District’s mission is to improve the health and quality of life for the San Joaquin Valley residents through cooperative and effective air quality programs. To help manage these programs Chrysalis collaborated with District to provide a comprehensive contact center solution.  This entailed developing the District’s Web pages, designing and implementing the database that the Web, IVR, and agents use, Chrysalis created IVR applications that use Nuance’s Automated Speech Recognition and Text-To-Speech, fax, and outbound applications, Chrysalis delivered screen pops to the desktop and created the desktop application that the agents view the screen pops in.  All of the custom reports were provided as part of this solution as well.  This entire infrastructure is fully integrated into their Nortel Networks Call Center Server and Meridian PBX.

 This implementation reflects the depth and breadth of the skillsets Chrysalis possess and can bring to bear at a customer site.  It also shows the level of integration capable in the Nortel Networks environment all with the convenience of a single vendor solution.  The new applications developed by Chrysalis have significantly improved the efficiency of their contact center and it has exceeded their expectations in terms of improved customer service, ease of maintenance, and lower operating costs.
