ChrysAlert offloads large increases in trouble calls during system outages. It is a powerful tool for Help Desks and it is an ideal application for businesses that serve a large population of users.

When the first few calls come in, the call center is alerted and a message is loaded in the IVR system notifying all callers in the affected area that a problem is known and corrective action is being taken. If callers still want to speak with an agent, they have that option. However, most callers are content with a message and stop there.
